Bring the little ones – and the older ones who may need a dose of Christmas magic – for an unforgettable Santa experience. Remember to register your child for a personalized visit beforehand at Concierge or online for our award-winning Santa experience using RFID technology.

What is RFID technology?
RFID is an enabling technology that helps Avalon seamlessly deliver personalized experiences. Parents can stop by Concierge or go online to register their children and pick up an “I Am Santa’s Gift” tag. The registration form includes questions about the child’s name, age, Christmas wishes and even an option to enter requests such as: clean their room, stop fighting with siblings, etc. When the child approaches with the tag, Santa’s iPad – hidden inside his Naughty or Nice book – populates with the child’s registration form, allowing for a magical conversation between Santa and the child.

Registration for the RFID Experience can be done at Santa’s house or Concierge prior to your appointment. Please contact Concierge if you have any further questions.

Special Events will include:
Story time with Santa: November 23 (SOLD OUT) and 24 (SOLD OUT) – 6-7 p.m.
$5 for Kids. Please visit Concierge for pre-registration. 

Breakfast with Santa: December 12 – 8-10 a.m. (SOLD OUT)
$10 for Kid’s / $15 for Adult. Please visit Concierge for pre-registration. 

Pet Nights: December 13 & 20 from 4-7 p.m.  Grab your fur child and take a picture with Santa! Walk-ups only.

Christmas Eve: December 24 9 a.m-6 p.m.  Santa’s getting ready for the big day! Appointments to meet Jolly St. Nick will be limited to walk-ups only.
