Save the date for an intimate wine dinner with The Reinert Project. At 6:30 p.m., guests will enjoy an aperitif wine paired with hors d’ oeuvres and engage with Executive Chef Zeb Stevenson as he shares his inspiration behind crafting the ultimate blend of cuisine and wine. He will also kick off the evening with an exciting bottle sabering presentation! At 7:00 p.m., attendees will indulge in a special 4- course dinner perfectly paired with a combination of wines from The Reinert Project. As with all of Watershed’s winemaker dinners, guests will have the opportunity to order bottles of the wines served following the dinner. For this dinner only, The Reinart Project will be selling their wines at Costco in Brookhaven.
