From a national call for submissions, independent curator, consultant and collector Mary Stanley has assembled a diverse show of contemporary photographic works for this year’s Selects exhibition. Ms. Stanley serves on the boards of Atlanta Celebrates Photography, the Lamar Dodd School of Art at UGA, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia, and IDEA Capital. In addition, she curates an annual show of Atlanta photographers called Ones To Watch for ACP’s annual gala fundraiser and auction.

The Virginia Twinam Smith Purchase Award
In conjunction with Mary Stanley Selects –and through the generous bequest of Virginia Twinam Smith– director of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia Annette Cone Skelton may select the work of two artists to be added to the museum’s permanent collection and awarded $500 each.

APG is free and open to the public.
