Yoga Stretch: 10:30 AM (provided by Lexie Nicole Yoga)
Walk: 10:45 AM – 1:30 PM

Celebration: After walking, we will celebrate with vegan food, drinks, live music, prizes and more! The Walk will be held rain or shine. Dogs and kids are welcome at this event. 

Music and Entertainment: We are excited to welcome Crash Dragon to perform at the Atlanta Walk! Crash Dragon is an Atlanta-based alternative band of nerd which performs at several local venues. Their EP is available for free streaming and download on SoundCloud.

Route: We will start the 2.2 mile route at 10:45 AM and will walk for about one hour.

Directions and Parking: The Atlanta Walk will be held at Piedmont Park. You can enter “400 Park Dr NE, Atlanta, GA” into your GPS for directions to the general area. We will meet at the WPA Picnic Shelter which can be seen here; it is located between the The Active Oval and the Aquatic Center by the #10 on this map. Parking and public transit options can be found here. There is a parking garage on site and also limited street parking on 10th St. The parking garage is free for the first 30 minutes and $1 for each additional 30 minutes; $15 is the maximum daily fee. 

Special Fundraising Prize: Every Atlanta walkers who raises $500 or more will be eligible to win a 60 minute factory tour and tasting at the Xocolatl Small Bath Chocolate Micro-Factory!
