The low country-style, 3,700-square-foot home is designed by architect James P. Curran, who drew inspiration from the symmetrical style of the late A. Hays Town.  The home features a timber frame, a broad wood-shake shingle roof and French doors leading to a spacious back porch with views of Grange Lake.
