Marietta’s favorite Labor Day Weekend tradition features nearly 175 artists from throughout the country as well as some talented local folks and this year, the outdoor arts festival welcomes many new, nationally-ranked artists. With fine arts and crafts available for purchase, Art in the Park offers visitors a fun opportunity to meet and talk with the artists and even see some of the works in progress. The family-friendly weekend also includes the Chalk Spot street art display and a kids area with the Children’s Art Alley.

There are many restaurants located on the Marietta Square that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food will also be available at the Marietta Square Farmers Market on Saturday morning. Beer, wine, water and soft drinks will be sold on site.

Free parking includes the two Cobb County Parking Decks (corner of Hansel St & Waddell St). Private lots around the square may charge a fee.
