Atlanta’s German Bierfest was born out of the simple idea: have a day dedicated to enjoy German beer, food, and music.

With the idea to bring a taste of German culture to Atlanta, the festival grew and gained popularity over the years.

Starting out in 2003 in what felt like a backyard get together with 150 guests and a selection of 16 German beers, the Bierfest team moved on, inspired by the popularity of its guests. Ideas evolved along with location, beer selection and attendees number. Over the past year’s the festival has grown to become a favored ceremony, welcoming thousands of beer enthusiasts; featuring nearly 50 German beers in the one and only authentic, family-friendly German Bierfest in Atlanta. 

We’re excited to celebrate our 12th Anniversary with our loyal guests and friends. Save the date for August 22nd to experience Atlanta’s Favorite German Culture Celebration.
